JPMorgan, Citigroup Helped Cause Lehman's Collapse

JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citigroup Inc. helped cause the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holding Inc. by demanding more collateral and changing guarantee agreements, the bankrupt bank’s examiner said today in a report.
